Should I move to Las Cruces or stay in Salt Lake City?

Hi all, Household incomes average around $55,176 in Las Cruces. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs?

I've lived in Westside for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The dating scene scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
