How much do you pay for rent in Las Piedras zona urbana?
Hi all, I'm single, late 30s, and It's a a small town city with about 5,005 people. You can expect to pay around $304 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
