OK so Rent is about $731/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $143,900 on average. Median household income is $42,732, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
