First time home buyer in Las Vegas
Hello, The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. With a population of 651K, Las Vegas is a major city. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
