Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Poverty rate is 10.5%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $70,723 in Las Vegas. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
