So, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 1,301 people. With a population of 1,301, Latta is a small town. The median home value here is around $106,000, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
