Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $626,100, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $81,020, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
