Co-working spaces in Lauderdale Lakes?

I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 35,924 people. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $44,333, which feels on the lower side for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
