Starting a business in Lauderdale Lakes?

So, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Moved here from Baltimore about 1 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
