Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
