Hey everyone, It's a a small town city with about 17,129 people. Homes are going for about $110,200 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
