Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $1,497/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $272,300, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Uptown side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
