First post here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 25.9%, which is higher than I expected. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
