Considering Lawndale vs Baltimore -help me decide

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,113 people. Median household income is $83,538, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

Hot take but it exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.
