Been meaning to ask this. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,113 people. Median household income is $83,538, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers.
