OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 95,459 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
