Just moved to Lawrence, any tips?

Hello, With a population of 95,459, Lawrence is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The traffic is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
