Is Lawrence worth moving to in 2026?

Been meaning to ask this. I work in government and It's a a smaller city city with about 88,297 people. Household incomes average around $57,903 in Lawrence. The median home value here is around $393,500, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Lawrence? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
