The median home value here is around $393,500, which seems about average. Median household income is $57,903, which feels about average for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.
