Hey folks, It's a a small town city with about 11,732 people. You can expect to pay around $768 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Lawrenceburg? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
