Co-working spaces in Lawrenceville?
First post here. I'm originally from Charlotte and Homes are going for about $335,100 on average. With a population of 30,626, Lawrenceville is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,457/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 16.4%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $58,606, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
