Cheapest neighborhoods in Lawton?

Hey everyone, I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 90,662 people. Median household income is $53,588, which feels on the lower side for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Highland. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in marketing. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Italian.
