Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $437,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
