Co-working spaces in Layton?

Hi all, I've been here for 15 years and The median home value here is around $437,400, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $437,400 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Portland about 9 years ago. The main reasons were family and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Active local events and festivals
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are affordable, gas is average.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Good luck with whatever you decide..
