First post here. Been living here since 2021. Rent is about $1,455/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
