Housing market in Le Mars right now
Been meaning to ask this. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The cultural scene scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Chain restaurants dominate
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
