Hey, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 30.7%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Leadwood sits at 1,212.6 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.
