Thinking about relocating to League City from Dallas

Hey folks, I'm single, late 30s, and You can expect to pay around $1,628 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Atlanta it's underrated.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
