Weekend activities in League City?

Been living here since 2019. Homes are going for about $334,000 on average. With a population of 115K, League City is a mid-size city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much manageable but now it's pretty good.
