Is public transit usable in Lealman?

You can expect to pay around $1,175 for rent here. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I work in healthcare here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Riverside. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Definitely worth checking out..
