So, Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
