Should I move to Leander or stay in Cincinnati?

Random thought, Median household income is $140,180, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $470,700 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in East. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in government. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Definitely worth checking out..
