Best apartments in Leawood under ?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and With a population of 33,844, Leawood is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 14 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
