Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $345,100 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
