Hey folks, Been living here since 2007. It's a a small town city with about 18,978 people. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Lebanon sits at 167.6 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great.
