Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 40s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Lebanon sits at 167.6 per 100K. Rent is about $1,274/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development.
