Career opportunities in Lebanon, PA

Hey folks, Been living here since 2007. The unemployment rate is 5.8%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $143,200, which is actually reasonable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Uptown. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in education. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Korean.

No regrets on my end..
