Hey, I'm retired and Median household income is $47,439, which feels on the lower side for the area. Household incomes average around $47,439 in Lebanon. Crime rate is something to consider -Lebanon sits at 250.4 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
