What I wish I knew before living in Lebanon

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,024 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 5.8%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The cultural scene is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

I'm a data analyst and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is average and there's always something going on.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Charlotte it's improving.

Came here for school and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
