Biggest downsides of living in Lee's Summit?

Rent is about $1,382/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Moved here from Denver about 11 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to traffic but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
