Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a mid-size city city with about 103K people. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
