Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $47,506 in Leesburg. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Leesburg? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I'm a lawyer and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Uptown. It's tough for what you get.
Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in marketing. If you're in government you might struggle.
People: Generally excellent. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like seafood.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
