Alright, We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $1,169 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Leesburg sits at 731.1 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The cost of living is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value pet-friendliness, you'll love it. The school system is genuinely underrated and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Downtown) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. traffic is completely different here. And Winters are long and cold.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
