Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 16 months ago and Median household income is $47,506, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $214,300 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,461 people. Household incomes average around $47,506 in Leesburg. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
