Best neighborhoods to rent in Leesburg?

Hi all, With a population of 48,788, Leesburg is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation?

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value pet-friendliness, you'll love it. The public transit is genuinely solid and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. My neighborhood (Lakewood) is established and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Boston, be prepared for the culture shock. healthcare is completely different here. And Nightlife is limited.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
