The good and bad of living in Leesburg

Alright, I'm retired and Rent is about $1,980/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 48,788 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Leesburg sits at 183.9 per 100K. With a population of 48,788, Leesburg is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
