OK so The median home value here is around $617,700, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $140,668, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
