Best areas to explore in Leesylvania?

Hello, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this?

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
