OK so It's a a small town city with about 1,478 people. With a population of 1,478, Legend Lake is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
Pros:

- Good schools
- Easy commute

- Limited nightlife

Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
