Biggest downsides of living in Lehi?

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,798 for rent here. Median household income is $125,860, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $567,100, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,798/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Sprawl everywhere
- High property taxes
- Not enough green space
