Housing market in Lehi right now

Hi all, I relocated for work and Rent is about $1,798/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $567,100, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Southern places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Uptown area are average. Kids love it here.
